Madrid´s Group has decided to organize what it will be the “First International HC/CS’ Camp” wich will be held in our city “Madrid” between “May 1st til 4th, 2008″.
The purpose of it, is that everyone who wants to join us, get to know the history, the city, the gastronomy, the night and everything that we could imagine about our city. During this long weekend we will celebrate in Madrid the commemoratives actis of the Bicentenary of the Popular upraising of May2nd 1808.
April, 30:
Fellows, the meeting starts and the registration close.
New people is welcome, but we are not going to look for a host for them, and we don’t answer emails, we must start to do the events. (and not spend hours and hour slook in the boxmail )
Some activities are complete,
People has to RESPECT the SubMeetings, if somebody says that he/she will go alone, is alone..You can’t go with more people because there are not more places. If someone join a submeeting, we hope he/she go to the submeeting
There are not problems in these SubMeetings: Alcala, Retiro, Flamenco (still there are places), Routes, Bicentenary Events, Friday and Saturday night, Reina Sofía, Spanish Breakfast:, Rastro
Are complete: Alcala University, Prado, Sunday Lunch, Breaking the Ice

The organizers let you know that right now the couches availables are less than the requests, therefore from now on everyone who would like to join us should try to find accommodation by theirselves, either with HC/CS community or in the different options such as hostels, youth hostels or campings. We advise you to do that straight away because Madrid will hold different sport and cultural activities and there will be a lot of visitors. You can find good choices in…

Rules for the Meeting/registration:
- It’s mandatory the confirmation of your assitence to madriworkinggroup@gmail.com with all your personal details such as: Full name, CS/HC’s nickname, date od arrival and departure
- It’s obligatyory the inscription in each activity, if you want to participate, because they were made thinking with a limit number of participants. You can check the program and the submeetings in csmadridcamp08.wordpress.com/calendar-of-events/ and send us an email with your name in the subject and let us know in which activity you would like to participate.
- We have set many meeting points during the meeting, if you are late or you get lost, you can approach to the next one.
- .The organizators will facilitate you a list with an emergency number and our mobiles’ number. You must know that we WON’T send any sms or make any phone calls, we are not an information desk if you have before already been informed about the activity.
- Remember that CS/HC are hospitality organizations based on the respect to eachother.

Bienvenidos!
El Grupo de Madrid ha decidido organizar el que será el “Primer Gran Encuentro Internacional de CS/HC” que se celebrará en nuestra ciudad “Madrid” entre los días “1 a 4 de mayo de 2.008″.
El objetivo del mismo, es dar a conocer a todo aquel que quiera venir en las fechas señaladas, la historia, la ciudad, los rincones, la gastronomía, la noche y todo lo que se nos ocurra sobre nuestra ciudad. Durante ese fin de semana se celebrarán en Madrid los actos conmemorativos del bicentenario del 2 de mayo de 1808.
30 Abril:
El meeting comienza y la inscripción termina.Los recién llegados son bienvenidos, pero ya no vamos a buscar host para ellos, ni enviar mensajes. Debemos empezar las actividades ( y no pasar horas y horas en el buzón de correo).
Pedimos respeto a los submeetings. Si alguien se ha apuntado sólo, debe ir sólo, no hay sitio para otro. Si alguien ha dicho que se apunta a un submeeting, esperamos que vaya a ese submeeting.
No hay problemas de plazas en Alcala, Retiro, Flamenco (todavía queda alguna), Routes, Bicentenary Events, Friday and Saturday night, Reina Sofía, Spanish Breakfast, Rastro
Están completos: Breaking the ice, Visita a la Universidad de Alcala, Prado y Lunch del domingo.

Los organizadores os comunicamos que en la actualidad el número de couchs disponibles es inferior al de solicitudes, por lo que los visitantes que confirmen su asistencia a partir de ahora, deben intentar encontrar alojamiento por su cuenta, bien dentro de las comunidades CS/HC entre los no inscritos en el meeting, bien en albergue u hostal. Te aconsejamos que lo realices con urgencia, pues ese fin de semana hay varios acontecimientos deportivos y culturales en Madrid y se prevé mucha demanda de alojamiento. Normas del meeting/ inscripción:
- Es obligatoria la confirmación de la asistencia a madridworkinggroup@gmail.com con tus datos personales y las fechas y horas de llegada y salida .
- Es obligatoria la inscripción en las actividades pues están pensadas o reservadas con antelación para un número de personas determinado. Consulta el programa y los submeetings en csmadridcamp08.wordpress.com/calendar-of-events/ y envíanos un correo (con tu nombre en el asunto) inscribiéndote en las que te interesen.
- Se han fijado muchos puntos de encuentro durante el meeting. Si llegas tarde o te pierdes, acude al siguiente punto de encuentro.
- Los organizadores os facilitaremos números de teléfono de emergencias y nuestros números. No enviamos sms y no informamos por teléfono de actividades o puntos de encuentro sobre los que hemos informado por escrito.
- Recuerda que CS/HC son organizaciones de hospitalidad basadas fundamentalmente en el respeto al otro.
